I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. The dentist was very professional, gentle, and thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My kid felt comfortable and well looked after throughout the whole appointment. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I’m extremely happy with the care I received and the results. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for high-quality dental care!

This is my go-to dentist! I love that no matter which dentist I see, I know that they will be honest about my oral health and not try to up-sell me. Dr Webert always takes the time to explain each problem and give me multiple treatment options. I never feel like I'm being pushed to choose the most expensive option. All the support staff are really friendly and helpful. I'll never go anywhere else!

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr Webber and his DA Yvonne while treating my little girl’s teeth. She needed a few fillings and had to come back several times, but they were incredibly patient, kind, and caring throughout the entire process.
They made her feel comfortable and safe every step of the way, which meant so much to us as parents. Their professionalism, gentle approach, and genuine compassion turned what could have been a stressful experience into such a positive one.

I’ve been having my braces treatment done at Alexandra Hills Dental and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The dentist (Dr. Chen) looking after my braces is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knows exactly what he’s doing. He always makes me feel comfortable and confident throughout every appointment.
The receptionists are also absolutely wonderful - so friendly, welcoming, and helpful every time I walk in. I highly recommend Alexandra Hills Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care and orthodontic treatment.

I’ve been going to Alexandra Hills Dental for the past 16 years and have consistently had a fantastic experience. Dr Webert and Dr Nick are both amazing - professional, caring and always take the time to ensure that you feel comfortable. Dylan, the hygienist, also does a great job, keeping you well informed about any required treatment and explaining everything clearly.
The receptionists are always friendly, welcoming and helpful, making every visit smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs.

I have been going to this dentist regularly for around 10 years at this point and have always had an excellent experience. Dr Webert Chen has always been helpful, talking me through what has change since my last visit and given recommendations for how to fix anything I might have missed. He has also been very good at explaining what will happen during checkups and any fillings that I have needed.
The receptionists and dental nurses have also been excellent. The receptionsist have been helpful when booking in appointments or rescheduling appointments. The dental nurses have always provided a professional and reassuring second set of hands to assist during appointments.

We have been visiting Alexandra Hills Dental Surgery for several years, and our whole family has been very satisfied.
Recently, I was very surprised when my implant cover came off while eating, but I was able to visit the clinic the same day. They checked everything and fixed it straight away, which was very reassuring.
All the staff and dentists are extremely kind and professional.
Our children are always very happy with their visits as well.
We plan to continue coming here in the future and highly recommend this clinic.
